  • Managed website content by planning and producing news items, as well as creating web sections as needed. On average, two dozen stories were created, repurposed or shared every month.
  • Created donation and registration pages for events and fundraisers.
  • Designed monthly donor newsletter, which was divided into two regional versions and sent to a combined total of more than 11,000 donors.
  • Planned and created social media content for Facebook and Twitter.
  • Moderated weekly social media call with my counterpart in the Maryland Jesuit office.
  • Designed materials for first Giving Tuesday campaign. This consisted of strategic emails blasts, social posts, and web pages with information and donation routes.
  • Produced weekly Planned Giving Newsletter and wrote introductory letter every month.

Multimedia Assistant, USA Northeast Province Jesuits, New York, NY, 12/2014 – 6/2017

  • Developed a system for monitoring and tracking the number of monthly website and social media visitors.
  • Designed print materials including: annual calendars for donors, ads for print, invitations for donor events, and materials for Advancement and Planned Giving appeals. All of these projects incorporated the Jesuit branding laid out in their style guide.
  • Designed and sent e-cards to a combined list of more than 13,000 donors and Jesuits.
  • Redesigned branding for the monthly donor mailing to represent new province entity.

Multimedia Assistant, New York Province Jesuits, New York, NY, 7/2011 – 12/2014

  • Moderated blog (InOurCompany.org) for donors and wrote weekday posts. The number of blog visitors consistently increased by approximately 100 people per month until the blog was retired in favor of a new website.
  • Designed 90-page Jesuit photo book with more than 1,000 individual photos.

  • Restructured the position of Online Editor to not only manage the website, but also produce multimedia content on a regular basis.
  • Recruited and directed an online staff to produce additional content for the site.

  • Assisted in editing the book The Jesuit Guide to (Almost) Everything, by Fr. James Martin, SJ, published by HarperCollins.
